Shipping policy
Rosena's Personal Touch, Currently only ships throughout the United States,
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and Saturdays
- Please allow up to 10-14 days for orders to process as over 90% of orders are made on demand/customized.
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- Custom orders arrive within two to five weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
- The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected after processing time.
SHIPPING TIME
Due to the coronavirus's impact and the mandates in place, your order may experience a shipping delay. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. Rosena's Personal Touch has no control over shipping/delivery delays, delivery errors, missing packages that occur after we have surrounded the packages to the delivery carriers. We will do our very best to work with the carrier to locate you package with no guarantee of retrieval. Should a claim be needed and is successful your order will be refunded and/or reshipped.
- Standard shipping is 5 days plus an additional 2-3 days for processing.
- Standard shipping of Personalized and Customized product(s) is 3 days plus 10-14 days for processing.
